Please note that Zhoozh cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries which occur as a result of accidents, flat tyres, incorrect delivery addresses, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of any delays, you will contacted by email or via the contact number which you would have provided.
Covid-19 and Holidays also negatively impact courier companies and deliveries may be delayed due to this.
Zhoozh offers door to door deliveries via couriers as the first option. If the address fall outside of the Courier delivery area, Postnet or Post Office Speed Service (counter to counter delivery) will be used. All deliveries should take between 1 and 5 working days for delivery. Please note that orders can only be finalised and sent if the money reflects in our bank account. Please note that no products with Batteries may be sent via air delivery.
We highly recommend Instant payment option as a payment method to ensure your order is processes as soon as the money reflect. Payfast is immediate. Your name and Order number should be used as a reference and Proof of Payment emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Clients can choose the option to arrange their own courier to pick up the parcel at our shop. For this option the order must be paid and reflect in our bank account before 12h00 on the same day of pickup. If payment confirmation is done after 12h00 pickup will be the next day. Pickup will be between 11h00 and 16h00 daily. Payment may also be processed at the shop by EFT or Credit Card. We prefer not to transact with Cash.
As soon as your parcel is sent off, you will receive a mail with your tracking number for you to track the delivery of your parcel.
Zhoozh is investigating shipping online orders to Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana & Lesotho. With any order placed internationally, delivery must be arranged and paid for by the client. The client is also liable for any duties and taxes charged in the country dispatched to. You are welcome to contact us with guidance to this. If payment confirmation is done after 12h00, pickup will be the next day. Pickup will be between 11h00 and 16h00 daily. Please confirm availability of this service before placing an order.
Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account before 08h00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day provided we have stock (most cases we do), and should be delivered before 17h00 on the same day, latest the following morning. Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account after 08h00 will be dispatched the same day, but will only be delivered on the next working day before 17h00.
Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account before 08h00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, but will only be delivered in 1-3 working days.
Courier only if address fall inside their delivery area: Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account before 08h00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Delivery takes between 2 – 5 working days for delivery.
On the rare occasion that Postnet used: Orders paid and reflecting in our bank account before 08h00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day with Postnet if in your area or alternatively with Post Office Speed Service. Delivery takes between 4 – 5 working days for delivery counter to counter. Please note with counter to counter service you need to pick up your parcel from your Postnet. There is an additional charge of R50 levied for Postnet services.
